In this interactive workshop, you will be gently guided to sit within six qualities of light and to creatively express your authentic experiences of them. You will play with creative forms, memories, imagination, and inner senses to ‘re-experience’ what has been deeply felt of peace, love, harmony, balance, self-control, and human understanding. Such sacred play is healing, relaxing, energizing, and rejuvenating, bringing an awareness of light energies as they occur in present moments.
