The Nameless Art: A Year and a Day Course in Primal Celtic Shamanism, INITIATORY COURSE
This course occurs via Zoom along with four initiatory weekends to accomplish full initiation into the Shamanic Arts.
Embark on a sacred journey over the Seas and Lands of the Celtic Otherworld, in pursuit of the Eternal light of the Awen and its Source. Our sojourn of a year-and-a-day will begin at the Holy Festival of Beltane (May 2nd, 2021). Students will journey through the wheel of the Year, experiencing Nature’s beauty and bounty, through the blessed Summerlands, to the threshold of Initiation in each season.
The work of each seeker who sets out on this journey will be that of ancestral reconnection; of mythic immersion and instruction by oral tradition and story, of ritual and celebration; of navigating the darkened cave of initiatory experience in order to emerge more whole, remade, Trice-Born. The Seeker reawakens with newly forged relationships with the unseen world that will nourish, guide, and support for a lifetime—and beyond.
In the spirit of the ancient Mystery Schools, this journey will not be merely a course of book-learning (though it will include some of that), sojourners on this transformative path will be guided and taught by an experienced seer and spiritual way shower, and by the Gods and Ancestors of Gaelic and Welsh traditions, the Spirits of the Land, and the sacred Earth Herself—through storytelling, spiritual direction, meditation, the skillful, poetic employment of ancient Celtic myth and symbolism, immersion in natural landscapes, and the facilitation of powerful esoteric practice, liturgy, and communal connection.

These paths will lead you to the spiritual Realms of Avalon, Tir-Na-Nog and Broceliande, Celtic Other Worlds of wisdom, beauty, and truth. These Mysteries have their source in native British and Celtic teachings, which are a branch of the Western Mystery Tradition. This underground stream of wisdom is emerging today to afford clear and sparkling refreshment for the weary modern soul.
