Evenstar Institute Cancellation Policy for Courses and Workshops
Evenstar Institute reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either: a) receive a full refund, b) transfer the registration to the same course at the new future date, or c) take their refund in the form of store credit at Evenstar's Chalice (store credit may be used to purchase product, classes, or services).
Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations received within ten days before the course start date may be eligible to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after ten days before the course start date will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be given for any cancellation after the course start (see Withdrawal below). Participants may choose to receive their refund in the form of Evenstar Institute credit to be applied to future courses.
Withdrawal after Start date.
Evenstar Institute may be able to support requests to move participants to a different course or the same course with a different start date. Participants wishing to withdraw from a course must contact the Institute within 48 hours following the first session of the class from which they wish to withdraw in order to initiate a conversation regarding the withdrawal and agree on equitable terms.
Inability to attend
Evenstar Institute is not responsible nor will issue a refund in the cases where the
participant is unable to attend sessions either for technical or personal issues once the course has started.
